About Dr. Jatin Shah

Dr. Jatin Shah holds an MD in obstetrics and gynecology, with a dedicated focus on treating infertile couples.
Over the past three decades, he has helped nearly 20,000 infertile couples realize their dream of parenthood.
In 1994, he established various assisted reproduction techniques at his center, including IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfer procedures.
Dr. Shah personally performs all IVF tasks, including ultrasonography, oocyte retrieval surgery, embryology, and embryo transfer, contributing to exceptionally high success rates.
His expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving in IVF and ICSI programs has earned him the nickname “IVF Commando.”
Dr. Shah has achieved several successful pregnancies in women in their late 40s and 50s, including a 57-year-old woman.
He has been awarded numerous gold medals at state and national levels for his academic achievements in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Shah has published several papers and co-authored a photographic atlas of operative obstetric and gynecological techniques.
As the founding member representing India, he is involved in the Asia-Pacific Initiatives for Reproductive Endocrinology (ASPIRE), coordinating research efforts and conferences in the region.
Dr. Shah has garnered media attention for successful IVF births to Bollywood celebrities like Gauri and Shahrukh Khan, Seema and Sohail Khan, and Karan Johar.
He was also featured in the media for the successful IVF birth of twin girls to Manisha and Milind Mhaiskar, a prominent bureaucrat couple from Maharashtra.
Dr. Shah has been consistently ranked highly in Top Docs Mumbai, an online poll conducted by Outlook magazine (2020 and 2021), reflecting his recognition and respect among peers in the medical community.
